Officially established in 2017, our small company consists of experts in different fields related to human resources, communication and public relations, IT and social sciences in general.

 

Our team is constantly developing their skills in respective areas and are top experts in their fields. They are constantly attending professional development courses to enhance their knowledge, so they can bring the new innovation to clients and beneficiaries. Domagoj Moric, MA

Domagoj is a trainer and facilitator within the youth sector. For the last 13 years he has been working on writing and implementation of different projects in the programmes of Youth in Action, ESF, Erasmus+ and IPA CSF funds. Domagoj is member of the trainers’ pool of Croatian National Agency, SALTO South East Europe and is also working with other NA’s and other institutions such as European Parliament and Council of Europe, as well as private companies and NGO sector.

Marcela Velfl, MA

Marcela is a youth worker and facilitator with the degree in Pedagogy and Teaching English language as a foreign language. Since 2014, she has been involved in youth mobility programmes as a participant, as a part of the team, as a facilitator and as a co-trainer through which she developed as an individual and as a professional in the field of non-formal education. She has been employed in DOMAS until 2021 and now is an active member of Pool of Experts.

Spiro Ticinovic, MA

Mental health, individual consultations


Spiro has been involved in the work of DOMAS since 2018. as Pool of Expert member. As a trained psychologist, he is implementing workshops on the topics of mental health, communication and soft skills for different target groups. Also, he has been actively helping people in need (such as young people, migrants) to overcome their personal issues through individual consultation. He has extensive experience in school psychology and individual consultations.

Maja Katinic Vidovic, MA

Maja has been a part of DOMAS Pool of Expert since 2017. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing training courses on coaching, strategic planning, team management, project management, motivation, decision making, feedback and facilitation. As an owner of her own company, she is dealing with design and development of eLearning courses and educational tools. At DOMAS, she is helping with developing eLearning courses and providing consultancy in IT fields.

Antonija Dzepina, MA

Antonija has become active in the Pool of Experts in 2020. Since the pandemic started, she has been covering topics of stress management and how to overcome it, especially in work surroundings. As an expert in human resources (almost 10 years of experience in human resources), she helps young people and companies to develop their potentials.

Marko Kovacic, PhD

Research, Policy development


Marko holds an PhD in the field of public policy, with the special emphasis on youth policy, which was gained on University of Ljubljana. He is a lecturer at the University of Rijeka. Also, on European level, he is part of different expert groups dealing with youth work topics. As a new member of Pool of Experts of DOMAS (since 2022), he helps in analysis of public policies and implementing qualitative and quantitative research.

Ana Skendrovic, MA

Ana has been active in Pool of Experts for several years. She provides consultation and workshops on national and international level for young people. As she has significant experience in leading her own small company, she easily shares her experience. She also contributes to development of visibility of DOMAS and development of outside communication.

Filip Gospodnetić, MA

Filip is a research enthusiast, with keen interest in research methodology, statistics, data analysis and data visualization. He has extensive experience in questionnaire development and helps companies find valuable information in their research data. At DOMAS, he is helping with questionnaire development, data analysis and research reporting.
